Cargo spacecraft "Progress-M 04M"

Mission Report:

• It is ISS-36P mission, to deliver supplies to the International Space Station and docked at the rear longitudinal port of ISS/Zvezda.
  
• Progress M-04M was launched on Feb 3, 2010 and docked with the Zvezda aft port at 0426 UTC on Feb 5. Approach to the space station, its fly-around, stationkeeping and docking were performed in automatic mode. The initial contact with the docking port on Zvezda occurred at 4h26 UT. For the first time, four Russian vehicles are docked at ISS: two Progress and two Soyuz vehicles.)
• Its docking marked the first time four Russian spacecraft had been docked to the station at the same time; since the Soyuz TMA-16, Soyuz TMA-17 and Progress M-03M spacecraft were already docked. It is expected to remain docked until 10 May, when it will depart, allowing Soyuz TMA-17 to be moved to the Zvezda aft port. This in turn will clear the way for the arrival of the Rassvet module, which will be delivered by Space Shuttle Atlantis on STS-132
• The Progress M-04M spacecraft delivered 2,686 kilograms of cargo to the ISS. This included water to be used by systems in the Russian segment of the station, propellant to refuel the station and to perform orbital manoeuvres, food and medical supplies
• Progress M-04M undocked from the Zvezda module at 1016 UTC on May 10, 2010 and moved to a 338 x 351 km orbit to carry out experiments. Cosmonauts Skvortsov and Kornienko monitored the undocking with photo and video cameras focusing on the Progress docking mechanism to confirm that there were no missing or damaged O-ring seals on the docking interface.
• It made one orbit maintenance burn on Jun 10, raising its orbit to 347 x 353 km. On Jul 1, 2010 it completed its mission with a deorbit burn at 1354 UTC and impact in the south Pacific at 1440 UTC.
